Fantastic surgery always helpful staff nothings to much trouble for them, always call back within the hour after calling for a telephone consultation.
At the moment can not think of anything to improve what is already an excellent medical practice.

My wife and I have both worked in the NHS and find the Galletly Practice among the best we have seen. It works calmly , efficiently in a friendly and helpful way. The appointment system is very reliable and we are impressed at the range of services delivered at the surgery, saving travelling time and costs. The 'flu etc. vaccination programmes are brilliantly managed.

The Galletly Practice is a modern, efficient GP practice. The phone consultation/booking system is easy to use and I find it much more convenient than always having to attend the surgery for simple and straightforward consultations. If a visit is needed then it is easily arranged at the time of the telephone consultation.
It is difficult to easily see where there could be any significant improvements, although perhaps for some a weekend surgery/telephone consultation could be a benefit.

The service and care shown by all the staff is exemplary. The family have always received first class consideration and care with follow up appointments at either Peterborough or Stamford Hospitals, which have been arranged exceedingly quickly and, again, we have always received excellent treatment. The doctors and nurses are truly helpful and show empathy when it is most needed.
My husband is registered partially sighted and the care received amazing!
We cannot speak too highly of the service received from the Galletly Practice in Bourne, Lincs
